Holden Colorado 7 coming out in Australia

New variant Chevrolet Trailblazer has done its global debut in Dubai Motor Show 2011. But in Australia, the Trailblazer comes up with the name Holden Colorado 7. Consumer in Australia just need to be patient because it’s on sale in Autralia in the first quarter of 2013. The name Holden Colorado 7 was choosen because it’s based on Chevrolet Colorado chasis.
The different is, this SUV has seven seater. The Colorado 7 features a body-on-frame design and promised to handle off-road dan on-road condition. Meanwhile the body construction was designed to be an ideal family car. Under the hood for the concept form, the Colorado 7, and the Chevrolet Trailblazer is powered by a new 2.8 litre turbodiesel engine.
Colorado 7 will also offer excellent interior flexibility and comfort for up to seven passengers across a third row of seats. It will have fuel-efficiency and interior comfort of a modern family SUV, along with the towing ability of a working vehicle and the off-road capability of a true 4X4. we’re confident it will have all bases well and truly covered.” Holden Executive Director Marketing, Sales and Aftersales John Elsworth said.
With Ford Australia believed to be working on an SUV version of its own new Ranger pickup, the timing for the Colorado couldn’t be better.
